Weight Belt It took me years to craft the best lifting

It took me years to craft the best lifting strategies to build a chiseled, well proportioned physique Weight Belt.

But one thing never changed. And that’s the goal of getting stronger. You must never forget the cardinal rule of progressive overload.

If I had to name two exercises that you need to focus on getting stronger at to build a great physique, I’d easily give the cake to weighted chin ups and dips.

Now here’s the problem. My strength was beginning to feel limited when using other weight lifting belts. That’s not good when trying to get as strong as possible.

This is why I set out to create the best weight lifting belt in the world.

Building a great back with the coveted V-taper is one of the most attractive traits a man can have.

And not to mention, by using a weight belt for pull ups, you will get very strong, build incredible, real-world strength, and your back and arms will look godlike.

Most people underestimate the power of only focusing on this exercise for their back. When in fact, I had to start doing weighted chin ups only once a week because my back was growing too much!

There’s no need for anything else, really. If you do too much for back, you may actually find it harder to regularly add weight and your muscle growth will stall.

Remember, less is more.

Also, by using a weight belt for dips, you’ll be able to bring your body closer to the ideal male body ratios.

Although, the biggest reason I love weighted dips is because they translate into insane pressing power!

It wasn’t until I built up to doing weighted dips with 185 lbs attached for reps when my bench press surpassed 300 lbs.

I’ve also found that it’s very easy to progress on weighted dips. Each workout you should be able to add 5 lbs to the weight belt.

Getting very strong on these two exercises alone will blow your mind. I can’t stress including these exercises into your routine enough!

All of the Kinobody Courses contain weighted chin ups and teach you how to add in weighted dips for variation. I’ve helped thousands of people build up to heavy weighted chin ups and dips and you can bet your bottom dollar they built incredible physiques in the process!

The core reason I set out to create the best weight lifting belt in the world is because the majority of the other weight belts take your mind off the lift.

How can you focus on the exercise if the chain is digging into your legs? Or all the weight is pulling into your lower back? Other belts are fine if you’re using, let’s say 20 lbs, but when you start adding more and more weight, it becomes a big problem.

The belt wraps comfortably around your waist and connects with a military grade clip. Then, there’s a separate, adjustable strap to attach the weight so it distributes the weight properly throughout your body. Making weighted exercises effortless.

Some weight lifting belts cannot even hold a lot of weight. The Kinobody Weight Belt can hold up to 900 lbs. Which is more weight than you’ll ever need.

The Kinobody Weight Belt also comes with a phone holder so you’re headphones don’t get in the way if you want to listen to music during your workouts.

I’m beyond excited with how this weight lifting belt turned out. I can’t wait for you to experience how great of a belt it is.

I’m beyond excited with how this weight belt turned out. I can’t wait for you to experience how great of a belt it is.

Body weight chin ups aren’t enough. It’s only when you begin to add weight that makes them so effective. It’s when you go from doing 15 lbs all the way up to 80 lbs and even 120 lbs for reps when you notice a night and day difference in your physique.

And I challenge you to add a good 45 lbs to your weighted dips and watch your pressing power transform!

When you shop for a sanding belt, the first concern is usually the type of abrasive grain. Open coat aluminum oxide is great for finishing wood. On the other hand, ceramic provides unparalleled performance when working with steel.

Equally important to the application, however, is the backing material and its thickness, both of which will vary depending on the process you’re utilizing. Choosing the right backing and thickness means a long working life and superior results while the wrong one could lead to premature tearing, workpiece scorching, and more. In this blog, the team at Red Label Abrasives will highlight one of our most popular and versatile options, which is the J-weight belt, as well as recommended uses.

With abrasives, backing thickness is categorized by the alphabet, with those having an A rating being the most flexible and Y weight backings being the sturdiest. Below are some general guidelines:

J-weight belts use a highly flexible cloth backing material. The ‘J’ categorization comes from the fact that they are similar in weight to a pair of jeans, so they’re durable while remaining pliable enough to contour rounder surfaces like knife handles and crankshafts.

Ideal abrasive performance calls for the right ratio of flatness, weight, and flexibility. J-weight backing material is light and flexible, making it popular in applications where the abrasive surface needs to conform to a curved workpiece surface.

J-weight belts are typically used when slack grinding, without a platen or contact wheel, so they can apply a uniform finish to curved surfaces. An important thing to note about J-weight belts is that the joint can “bump” the workpiece if it’s used against a flat platen. This is why it’s important to use them only when slack grinding or with a rotary platen attachment.

Their versatility makes them an ideal choice for metalworking applications like welding touch-ups, blacksmith work, and knifemaking, but they also do a great job on wood, plastics, composites, and painted surfaces. If you’re unsure whether or not a J-weight belt would be beneficial to you, Red Label Abrasives can recommend the right backing for your sanding needs.
